[Description] This product is a colorless transparent liquid.

[Pharmacological Effects] The alternate name of Prostaglandin F2α Tromethamine is Dinoprostone, which is also called luteolysin. This product can dissolve the corpus luteum,causing progesterone to decrease or stop. As a result, the luteal phase is shortened, and the estrus and ovulation of dams will- be advanced, which is beneficial to mating, artificial synchronous insemination or embryo transplantation. For the corpus luteum cyst or persistent corpus luteum, this product can cause atrophy and degeneration of corpus luteum, promoting estrus and ovulation; Prostaglandin F2α can excite the uterine smooth muscle, and has a role in both pregnant and unpregnant  uteruses. The uterus at the end of pregnancy is particularly sensitive to this product. It can increase the uterine tension and loosen the cervix. It is suitable for hastening parturition, induced abortion, and artificial abortion.

[lndications] With the function of dissolving lutein, it is mainly used for controlling estrus synchronization of cows.

[Usage and Dosage] It is weighted by Prostaglandin F2α. Intramuscular injection: 25mg(5ml) for cows per dose.

[Adverse Reaction] No adverse reaction has been detected with the recommended dosage.

[Matters Need Attention]

1. Pregnant women should be prevented from contacting the liquid of this product. Patients with tracheobronchial or other respiratory diseases and pregnant women are prohibited to inject this product into animals.

2. The product should be washed with soap and water immediately once it drips onto the skin.

3. It is contraindicated in animals with acute or subacute  vascular,  gastrointestinal or respiratory diseases.

4. It can cause a variety of animals to abort or induce labor. Before injecting this product,the state of pregnancy must be determined.

5. It is ineffective within five days after ovulation.

6. Intravenous injection is prohibited.
