COMPOSITION: 

Each 1 ml contains:

Florfenicol        100mg

DESCRIPTION:

Florfenicol, a bacteriostatic broad spectrum antibiotic active against Gram-negative bacterium.  It inhibits protein biosynthesis of the organism at the ribosomal level.

INDICATIONS :

FLORVET -10 is indicated in bacterial infections associated with Pasteurella spp., E.coli, Haemophilus  spp,  Klebsiella, Salmonella typhi and shigella.  Also, indicated against some resistant bacteria.

DOSAGE :

Poultry : 100ml/100 liter (30mg/kg bady weight) of drinking water for 3-5 days.

Contra-indication:

-Don’t administer together with penicillins.

-Don’t use in laying hens producing eggs for human Consumption.

Withdrawal Period:

Stop treatment 7 days before slaughter.
